One of Israel’s most experienced dealmakers, Eyal was formerly an EY Israel board member and head of Capital Markets in New York. He spent over 26 years at EY guiding many of Israel’s most iconic tech companies such as Wix, CyberArk, WalkMe, and Payoneer from startup to IPO.

Seasoned investor who has backed multiple companies from seed to category leadership, prior to 40RTY Fund Inbar founded INcapital Ventures, an early growth-stage fund. Earlier she led business development at Magma Venture Partners and was one of the first employees at Wix.

Prior to 40RTY Fund, Itay was managing Mangrove’s investment team in Israel, partnering with founders from ideation to scale. Formerly at the Ministry of Finance, he later founded YEDC where he grew annual revenues to tens of million of dollars, and contracted projects totaling more than $150 million.

Roy was the first investor in WIX, WalkMe and PeaQ, through to IPO. He invested in 20 other companies including TailorBrands, Bridgewise and Lightico, while leading the Israeli investment team as Partner at Mangrove for over a decade, before starting 40RTY Fund.

Ariel has been scaling tech companies for nearly two decades through strategic brand and product marketing. As founder and CEO of ARMA, he has been helping dozens of companies achieve successful growth, M&A and IPO outcomes, including CyberArk, Talon and Finaro.
