One of Israel’s most experienced dealmakers, Eyal was formerly an EY Israel board member and head of Capital Markets in New York. He spent over 26 years at EY guiding many of Israel’s most iconic tech companies such as Wix, CyberArk, WalkMe, and Payoneer from startup to IPO.

Prior to 40RTY Fund, Itay was managing Mangrove’s investment team in Israel, partnering with founders from ideation to scale. Formerly at the Ministry of Finance, he later founded YEDC where he grew annual revenues to tens of million of dollars, and contracted projects totaling more than $150 million.
